A national real estate brokerage was capping growth on listing throughput. We built an agent that drafts copy, curates galleries, and posts to MLS.
A national real estate brokerage was capping growth on a single number: how many new listings their senior agents could write per week. Each listing took 60 to 90 minutes of senior-agent time for description, gallery curation, and MLS posting. They could not hire fast enough to scale without hurting brand voice consistency. The COO wanted throughput without dilution.
We built an agent that walks the property (with a phone or 360 camera), drafts the listing copy in the brokerage's brand voice, curates the photo gallery, and posts to MLS in compliance with their template. The senior agent reviews, edits the voice if needed, and approves. Average review time fell from 60 to 90 minutes to under 10. The senior agents stayed in the loop on every listing, but the loop was 9 minutes instead of 90.

Vision model ranks photos for listing prominence and enforces the brokerage's photo standard. Bad lighting, bad framing, and weak subjects get filtered.
Auto-fills the MLS template, runs the brokerage's compliance and fair-housing rule set, and posts on agent approval. Audit log on every action.

Down from 60–90 minutes of manual write-up.
My senior agents were terrified we'd replace them. Six months later, they're shipping more listings than ever, and the brand voice is more consistent.
